Next to Autosketch the assembly plan can be made via an intelligent coordinate interface eCAB CE- Costuminzing Expert. This software is designed to quickly insert component parts and to collect position through entering measurements.
It is being used by switch board manufacturers and toll manufacturers for the layout planning and the customers’ planning requirements, without needing information about the built in components. A specific feature of this software is the close cogging to AutoSketch.


While doing the layout, it can be switched between the fully graphic program Autosketch and the clever coordinate interface customizing expert, without losing any data.

The predefined components library is part of the purchased machine. They are hierarchically divided like a tree structure und contains thousands of components of diverse producers of the switch cabinet industry. If needed these libraries can easily be enlarged by a user.

Each missing component can be added with the correct tools and can be used again for following projects.
By applying this software the working time for a complex switch board with 200 of 300 holes and screw threads can be reduced to 15-20 minutes.
Through variations of former projects the layout time can be drastically reduced.

After having finished the layout drawing, the postprocessor, the second component of the STEINHAUER software, completes the remains. It makes large validity checks to avoid layout mistakes, allows a material choice, which customises all machine settings on the material that has to be processed and generates automatically a machine code as DIN-code. A preview function allows a visualisation of the program before starting the machine. After the transfer of the automatically generated machine program into the controlling the work piece is fully automatically being processed.
