In future you will make up your switchgear cabinets in record time

Firstly, a drawing of the mounting plate will be prepared using the CAD software. Various component libraries will help you with drawing preparation. Transformers, contactors and frequency converters can easily be included in the drawing using drag & drop.

Alternatively, of course, constructional drawings can be imported from other suitable E-CAD applications. After that the drawing will be converted automatically into a machine-program and transfered to the control system of the machining centre. Drilling, thread-moulding and milling of cutouts as well as engraving will be done fully automatic.
During runtime of the machine one can simultaneously prepare the cable-channels or subbases for assembly or carry out other tasks. The up to date program- and control-concept guarantees rational manufacture of single pieces, variants and multiples, even for multispan-assemblies.

Open Windows CAD-Software for designing structural-drawings with extensive component-libraries, complete tool outfit for drilling, thread-moulding and milling of cutouts.

View of the machine with opened machine door for case processing. The case opening is accessible comfortably from the front and rear of the machine and permits an easy mounting of heavy workpieces > 100 kg.

Chip exhaustion
