The "Schmetterling" system

The "Schmetterling" system offers height and tilt adjustment between 0 and 90°. Due to the adjustability of the working height and workpiece angle heavy mounting plates can be assembled in an ergonomically correct bearing outside the enclosure. Besides that they can be used for transportation to and from the STEINHAUER machining centers.

The "Schmetterling" system is available in 4 base models:

• THE DYNAMIC (DER DYNAMISCHE): with mechanical-pneumatical height adjustment and manual tilt adjustment
• THE ALL ROUNDER (DER UNIVERSELLE): with motor-driven height adjustment and manual tilt adjustment.
• THE COMPACT (DER KOMPAKTE): with motor-driven height- and tilt adjustment, for medium loads up to 200 kgs
• THE POWERFUL (DER KRAFTVOLLE): with motor-driven height- and tilt adjustment, for heavy loads up to 400 kgs

Each base model is available in different width. A multitude of accessories helps to create the perfect assembly workplace for electric panels.
