STEINHAUER Jumbo

The secure way to position a heavy and fully loaded mounting plate in a cabinet
 

It was the target of STEINHAUER to develop and build a solution to handle a heavy and cumbersome, fully loaded mounting plate save into a electrical cabinet.

Many panel builders know and are afraid of the difficulties by assembling of large, heavy and unhandy mounting plates. The weight is often some 100 kg. These have to be pushed from the front into the cabinet to be fixed there. Today this job has to be done with a crane or even by hand! On the one hand this is highly dangerous for the person who does do the job and also it could easily come to damage of the enclosure or the expensive parts build on the plate itself.
 

The STEINHAUER Jumbo is able to handle mounting plates up to a size of 2200 x 1400 mm and a weight of up to ~400 kg. The Jumbo is constructed that he is sitting on the forks of an electrical forklift and it is possible to move and adjust him together with the load.
 

The exact position of the fully equipped mounting plate in front of the cabinet could be done with 10 different mechanical positioning options. This guarantees that the plate could be moved into the cabinet exact and secure and at the end will be fixed at his final position.

The STEINHAUER Jumbo allows a very much better, more précis and secures assembling as it is possible with a crane or by hand only. A further advantage: In case the assembling is done you park the STEINHAUER Jumbo in a corner for more space in your workshop.
